Day 1: Mon. Jan 27 – HONOLULU: Depart Honolulu
Enjoy your journey through the skies and prepare for the wonderful adventure that awaits you in Japan.
Day 2: Tue. Jan 28 – VILLA FONTAINE GRAND HANEDA AIRPORT
Welcome to Japan! Arrive at Haneda International Airport. After going through immigration procedures, After Hotel check-in, relax and get ready for the next day. Put your feet up, relax, and get ready for the RNL OKINAWA AND FUJI CRAFT SAKURA TOUR.
Day 3: Wed. Jan 29 – HOTEL LAFORET SHUZENJI (ONSEN) or Similar
Our journey starts in Atami, a charming coastal town in southeastern Japan famous for its hot springs, stunning ocean views, and rich history dating back to the Edo period. During our visit, we'll experience the Sakura Matsuri, a highly anticipated cherry blossom festival that adorns the streets with delicate pink petals. Next, we'll enjoy mikan (mandarin orange) picking, savoring the joy of harvesting fresh, juicy mandarin oranges directly from the trees. After this delightful experience, we'll head to Shuzenji, a historic hot spring town known for its rejuvenating hot springs, including the renowned "Shuzenji Onsen," favored for its relaxing and skin-beautifying properties. At the resort hotel in Shuzenji, surrounded by the beauty of nature and traditional Japanese architecture, we'll unwind in therapeutic hot springs and relish the region's delectable cuisine.
Day 4: Thu. Jan 30 – NIPPONDAIRA HOTEL
After leaving Shuzenji, our journey continues to the captivating Mishima region. Our first stop is the impressive Mishima Skywalk, a pedestrian suspension bridge offering breathtaking views of Mount Fuji and Suruga Bay, creating unforgettable memories of the surrounding natural beauty. Next, we visit the revered Mishima Taisha Shrine, an ancient Shinto shrine with a profound sense of tranquility, allowing us to appreciate Japan's spiritual heritage as we explore its ancient structures and serene grounds. Our adventure then takes us to Nihondaira, recognized as the top destination in the "100 Best Tourist Spots in Japan" contest. The view from Nihondaira is truly unparalleled, showcasing picturesque landscapes like a living masterpiece. The sight of Mount Fuji rising above the tea plantations, along with the mesmerizing vistas of Shimizu Port and the Izu Peninsula and Southern Alps, leaves us in awe. Tonight, we stay at a remarkable hotel, themed around a landscape art museum, where large windows frame scenes resembling beautiful paintings. The comfortable atmosphere and unique views create an exceptional experience for all guests.
Day 5: Fri. Jan 31 – HOTEL METROPOLITAN KAWASAKI
Today's tour begins with strawberry picking at a unique farm in Shizuoka City. The Ishigaki strawberries are cultivated on mountain slopes using a special method, ensuring ample sunlight and warmth for optimal growth. Next, we'll enjoy a hands-on experience at Takumishuku (Traditional Hand Craft Arts Center), a renowned traditional craft facility in Suruga. Here, we'll learn the art of indigo-dyeing and explore various other time-honored crafts that reflect the region's rich cultural heritage. Afterwards, we'll make a stop at Shimizu Port, where a variety of restaurants and stalls offer the freshest seafood dishes. From seafood bowls to grilled fish and tempura shrimp, we'll savor the unique flavors of Shimizu Port. Finally, we'll head to a hotel next to Kawasaki Station for a comfortable overnight stay. After check-in, the guide will take the group for a walk around the neighborhood.
Day 6: Sat. Feb 1 – THE BEACH TOWER (ONSEN)
Today's journey begins early as we head to Haneda Airport for our flight to Okinawa. Upon arrival, our first stop is the Okinawa Prefectural Museum, where we can explore the island's history and culture, from ancient times to the present day. Then we'll head to the famous American Village, known for its vibrant atmosphere blending Okinawan and American influences. Here, we can enjoy a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues in this lively area. In the evening, we might have the chance to witness a captivating fireworks display lighting up the night sky, making it a magical and unforgettable sight. With hearts full of excitement and anticipation, we'll rest in our hotel, ready to embrace more adventures in Okinawa. And at the hotel, we'll have the delightful opportunity to enjoy a relaxing hot spring bath, adding to the charm of our stay in this enchanting destination.
Day 7: Sun. Feb 2 – HILTON OKINAWA SESOKO RESORT
Our journey begins with a visit to the renowned Churaumi Aquarium, where fascinating marine life and grand exhibits await, including the majestic whale sharks and other captivating sea creatures. Next, let's explore the traditional crafts of Okinawa at the Banananeshia Dyeing and Weaving Studio. Despite its small size, this studio is dedicated to preserving Okinawa's traditions. Experience the artistry of bashofu cloth, bingata textiles, and bingata paper as artisans meticulously handle each step of the process. Immerse yourself in the rich culture and history of Okinawa as you witness the skill and passion behind these exquisite works of art. Following our exploration of traditional crafts, we'll journey to the Sakura Festival at Nakijin Gusuku. Here, amidst the beauty of cherry blossoms in full bloom, immerse yourself in the enchanting ambiance and explore the ancient Gusuku ruins, where Japan's rich cultural heritage comes to life. After a day of exploration, we'll retreat to a resort in the Nago area for two nights. Day 8: Mon. Feb 3 – HILTON OKINAWA SESOKO RESORT
The first stop on our tour is a delightful visit to Yaedake Sakura no Mori Park, where we'll immerse ourselves in the enchanting beauty of cherry blossoms. The serene ambiance and delicate pink petals create a picturesque setting, perfect for capturing memorable photographs and appreciating the wonders of nature. Next on our itinerary is a trip to Kouri Island Ocean Tower, a magnificent observation deck offering unparalleled views of the surrounding ocean and breathtaking Okinawan landscape. The view from this vantage point is awe-inspiring, providing a remarkable perspective of the island's coastal allure. We'll also have the pleasure of exploring the fascinating Shell Museum, showcasing an impressive collection of seashells from around the world. Day 9: Tue. Feb 4 – HOTEL NIKKO ALIVILA
Today's exciting journey begins with a visit to the enchanting Mori no Garasukan (Glass House in Forest). Nestled amidst lush greenery, this unique house showcases a mesmerizing collection of intricate glass artworks crafted by talented artisans. As we wander through the exhibits, we'll be captivated by the play of light and colors reflecting off the delicate glass pieces, creating an atmosphere of wonder and awe. Next on our itinerary is Orion Happy Park, where we'll have the opportunity to learn about the process of making the famous Orion Beer, the most renowned beer in Okinawa. The park offers insights into the beer-making process, and we can even enjoy a refreshing taste of freshly brewed beer. Our adventure continues to the awe-inspiring Manzamo, a natural wonder of Okinawa. This breathtaking plateau overlooks the azure ocean, and its iconic elephant trunk-shaped rock formation is a sight to behold. Day 10: Wed. Feb 5 – HOTEL NIKKO ALIVILA
Today's itinerary begins with a visit to Ryukyu Mura, an immersive cultural village where we can immerse ourselves in the rich traditions and history of Okinawa. If the timing is right, we may have the opportunity to enjoy traditional performances, adding an extra touch of authenticity to our experience. Next, we'll head to Okashi Goten, a delightful confectionery shop offering a wide variety of traditional Okinawan treats. It's a perfect place to shop for local sweets and souvenirs, each with its own unique flavor and charm. Our adventure continues to Higa Shuzo (Higa Awamori Brewery), where we'll delve into the art of Awamori brewing and have the pleasure of sampling some of the finest sake produced in Okinawa. This is a fantastic opportunity to appreciate the craftsmanship and distinct flavors of local Awamori. As the day winds down, we'll make our way to Ie Island (Ie-jima), where we'll spend the night. This picturesque island offers stunning views, beautiful beaches, and a tranquil atmosphere, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable stay. With a blend of cultural experiences, delightful treats, sake tasting, and the serene charm of Ie Island, today's journey promises to be a truly enriching and unforgettable adventure through the heart of Okinawa.
Day 11 Thu. Feb 6 – HOTEL COLLECTIVE
Today's tour begins with a captivating visit to Nuchimasu Salt Factory, where we'll have the opportunity to witness the salt-making process up close and learn about this integral part of Okinawa's local culture. It's a unique chance to immerse ourselves in the traditional industry and understand the significance of salt production in the region. Next, we'll proceed to explore two iconic historical sites - Shuri Castle and Tamaudun Royal Mausoleum. Shuri Castle, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site, will transport us back in time as we delve into the rich history and exquisite architecture of the Ryukyu Kingdom. At Tamaudun Royal Mausoleum, we'll pay our respects to the resting place of the Ryukyu kings, gaining valuable insights into their royal legacy. Following our cultural excursions, we'll indulge in some retail therapy at Aeon Shopping Center. As the day draws to a close, we'll make our way to a conveniently located hotel along Kokusai Street. This vibrant area lies at the heart of Naha's entertainment and shopping district, providing a perfect setting to unwind and reflect on the enriching experiences of the day.
Day 12: Fri. Feb 7 – HOTEL COLLECTIVE
Today marks the final day of our tour. We'll begin by visiting the Okinawa Peace Memorial Park, a place of deep significance and reflection. Here, we pay our respects to the past and offer prayers for peace. Our next stop is the Himeyuri Peace Museum and the Himeyuri Monument, where we'll learn about the courageous young women who endured hardships during World War II. Their stories of resilience and sacrifice are an important part of Okinawa's history. Afterward, we'll return to Naha city and visit Makishi Public Market. This bustling market is a vibrant hub of local culture and flavors. We can explore the various stalls offering fresh seafood, tropical fruits, local crafts, and other delights. It's a great opportunity to immerse ourselves in the lively atmosphere and savor the tastes of Okinawa.(Lunch and dinner will be at your own expense.)
Day 13: Sat. Feb 8 – NAHA AIRPORT - HONOLULU
At checkout time the guide will come to tape and tie-up the boxes and take the baggage to the airport. After check out we will head to Naha Airport and board flight # to Honolulu. We will arrive at Honolulu in the same morning.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
45 days prior to departure – Full refund
44-30 days prior: 50% cancel fee of the tour price, per person charge
29-15 days prior: 75% cancel fee of the tour price, per person charge
14 days prior or less: 100% cancel fee of the tour price, per person, no refund.
GENERAL CONDITIONS TOUR INCLUDES:
Hotel accommodations, transfers, and sightseeing. Adjustments will be made if there is an increase in fuel surcharges and any fluctuation in exchange rates between US Dollars and Japanese Yen.
AIR TRANSPORTATION:
Air service within tours is included except for people buying the land portion only.
Airfare inclusive rates are based on advanced purchase and may be subject to certain airline restrictions and penalties. Adjustments will be made if there is any increase on taxes.
PASSPORTS:
All clients are reminded that a valid passport is necessary in all cases.
The cost of obtaining these documents will be the responsibility of the traveler.

IF THE TOUR OPERATOR CANCELS:
Should RNL Tours, LLC. cancel a departure for any reason, your money will be fully refunded.
