ITINERARY

 Day 1: Thu. Dec 4 – HONOLULU: Depart Honolulu 
Enjoy your journey through the skies and prepare for the wonderful adventure that awaits you in Japan. 

Day 2: Fri. Dec 5 – VILLA FONTAINE GRAND HANEDA AIRPORT (Tokyo)  
Welcome to Japan! Arrive at Haneda Airport. After going through immigration procedures, After Hotel check-in, relax and get ready for the next day. Put your feet up, relax, and get ready for the TOKYO Mt.FUJI SHOPPING 10 DAYS TOUR.

Day 3: Sat. Dec 6 – TOBU HOTEL LEVANT TOKYO (Tokyo)
Good morning! Today marks the beginning of our journey, and we're starting off with a visit to the bustling Yokohama Wholesale Market. It's an exciting opportunity to explore the wide array of products such as Kombu and Scallop Dashi, especially those perfect for the upcoming New Year festivities. After that, we'll head over to the Kappabashi area, known as Japan's premier destination for kitchen tools and gadgets. It's quite an experience with its numerous specialty shops offering everything from chopsticks to red lanterns. Later, we'll make a stop at Aoyama Square, a renowned spot for travelers looking to discover unique crafts and goods from all across Japan. It's a fantastic chance to browse through their selection, which includes everything from makeup brushes to traditional Edo Kiriko glassware.After a day of exploration, we'll return to the hotel to unwind and prepare for the next day. 

Day 4: Sun. Dec 7 – KAWAGOE PRINCE HOTEL (Saitama) 
Today, let's embark on a treasure hunt adventure.Firstly, let's head to the Tokyo City Flea Market. Here, you'll find Japan's largest flea market, offering a wide range of products from new to used items, and even handmade goods. From the latest gadgets to vintage fishing gear, you might discover items from every genre.Next, we'll make our way to the Antique Fair. The Heiwajima National Antiques and Folk Art Festival is the oldest indoor antique event in Japan. Every time, over 150 dealers from all over Japan gather at the venue, bringing hundreds of thousands of rare and unique items. From Hokkaido to Kyushu, dealers from across the country participate, so you never know what treasures you might find until you explore each booth. After a day of exploration, we'll return to the hotel to unwind and prepare for the next day.

Day 5: Mon. Dec 8 – KAWAGOE PRINCE HOTEL (Saitama) 
This morning, let's explore the charming town of Kawagoe, known as "Koedo" or "Little Edo." With its historic buildings and traditional charm, Kawagoe attracts over 7 million visitors annually.The town's streets are lined with traditional storehouses called "Kurazukuri," featuring fire-resistant construction. The sturdy sliding doors and robust tile roofs reflect the spirit of Edo merchants .The symbol of Kawagoe, the "Bell Tower," has been chiming for over a century. Along the historic "Kashiya Yokocho" (Candy Alley), shops selling nostalgic penny candies create a timeless atmosphere.Next, we'll visit Ashikaga Flower Park, renowned for its stunning illuminations. With approximately 5 million lights spread across 10 hectares, including the remarkable "Miraculous Great Wisteria," it's truly a sight to behold.Afterward, we'll return to the hotel to prepare for tomorrow's journey.

Day 6: Tue. Dec 9 – SORANO HOTEL ♨ (Tokyo) 
This morning, let's kick off the day with an Indigo dyeing experience. Japan Blue, beloved by the people of Edo, was considered an auspicious color during the samurai era. In the Meiji period, it gained international acclaim as "Japan Blue," symbolizing Japan itself. Let's create your own original handkerchief, a unique piece in the world. Afterward, upon returning to the hotel, you can enjoy early check-in and maximize their stay by relaxing in the spa with hot springs or the rooftop heated pool, exploring the connected shopping mall for shopping and cafes, visiting nearby Takashimaya Department Store, Isetan Department Store, or Don Quijote for shopping, and taking a leisurely stroll in Showa Memorial Park, conveniently located just in front of the hotel. After enjoying shopping and strolling at your leisure, we'll return to the hotel to unwind and relax at our own pace.

Day 7: Wed. Dec 10 – HOTEL KASUGAI ♨ (Yamanashi) 
This morning, let's head to Showa Memorial Park. Showa Memorial Park was established on the site of the former U.S. Tachikawa Airfield as part of a project commemorating the 50th anniversary of Emperor Showa's reign. Spanning 180 hectares, the park features gardens where visitors can enjoy seasonal flowers and ponds showcasing aquatic plants, offering a peaceful blend of nature throughout the year.Following that, we'll move on to the Kikyou Shingen Mochi Factory Theme Park, renowned for its signature Yamanashi delicacy, "Kikyou Shingen Mochi." Here, you'll observe the entire process of mochi production, with a highlight being the meticulous hand-wrapping of each mochi. The dexterity of the staff, who expertly wrap each mochi in a small vinyl cloth within a mere 5 to 6 seconds, is truly remarkable. After a day of enjoyment, we'll retreat to a hotel located in the Isawa Onsen area, said to have originated from a place where a large amount of hot spring water gushed out from grape vineyards.

Day 8: Thu. Dec 11 – HOTEL KASUGAI ♨ (Yamanashi)  
This morning, if timing allows, we will indulge in some fruit picking. The climate in Kofu and Yamanashi Prefecture is characterized by significant temperature differences between day and night, boasting the longest hours of sunshine and minimal annual rainfall, making it ideal for cultivating delicious fruits and vegetables.
Next, we'll head to Kageenomori Museum,Listed in the Guinness Book of World Records in 1994 as the world's first shadow art museum, this museum showcases the beauty of light and shadow in vibrant colors. In the dark exhibition room, characters like dwarves and the Little Mermaid come to life, illuminated by colorful lights.

Day 9: Fri. Dec 12 – HOTEL METROPOLITAN KAWASAKI (Kanagawa) or Similar 
This morning, we head to Oshino Hakkai.located in Yamanashi Prefecture’s Oshino Village, is a group of crystal-clear spring ponds fed by Mt. Fuji’s meltwater. Recognized as one of Japan’s 100 famous waters, it has long been a sacred site for purification in Fuji worship and offers beautiful seasonal scenery.Afterward, we will take a sightseeing boat on Lake Ashi. Let's immerse ourselves in the journey through Hakone and Lake Ashi, where the vast nature of Mount Fuji and the surrounding mountains unfolds, blending seamlessly with the sky and the wind.

Day 10: Sat. Dec 13 – HOTEL METROPOLITAN KAWASAKI (Kanagawa) or Similar 
Let's head to Nippori Textile Town, a unique district where you can find everything from kimono fabric to interior textiles, boasting an incredibly diverse selection that's often described as having "everything you need." With over 90 shops specializing in fabrics within a designated area, Nippori Textile Town is a rare gem nationwide.Next, we'll make our way to the last shopping area, LaLaport, where Tokyu Hands, sports shops, and stores for anything are lined up. It's the perfect place to ensure we haven't forgotten anything for Christmas or New Year's and to enjoy some leisurely shopping. (Lunch and dinner will be at your own expense.)

Day 11: Sun. Dec 14 – AIRPORT - HONOLULU 
At checkout time the guide will come to tape and tie-up the boxes and take the baggage to the airport. After check out we will head to Airport and board a flight to Honolulu. We will arrive at Honolulu in the same morning. 
(Lunch and dinner will be at your own expense.)

*In the event of revaluation, the land portion of the tour price may be adjusted prior to your final statement.
*The price is based at 145 yen per 1 USD. If the yen rate deviates from this estimated rate, adjustments will be made accordingly.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY (4 single rooms only) $4,860.00 per person
PLUS AIRFARE $1,800.00 (ESTIMATED AIRFARE

NOTE:
Children under 7 years old will receive a 50% discount on the travel fare when traveling.
Children under 12 years old will receive a 30% discount on the travel fare when traveling.
In both cases mentioned above, if an extra bed is required, it will be charged at the regular rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
45 days prior to departure – Full refund
44-30 days prior: 50% cancel fee of the tour price, per person charge
29-15 days prior: 75% cancel fee of the tour price, per person charge
14 days prior or less: 100% cancel fee of the tour price, per person, no refund.

GENERAL CONDITIONS TOUR INCLUDES:
Hotel accommodations, transfers, and sightseeing. Adjustments will be made if there is an increase in fuel surcharges and any fluctuation in exchange rates between US Dollars and Japanese Yen.

AIR TRANSPORTATION:
Air service within tours is included except for people buying the land portion only.
Airfare inclusive rates are based on advanced purchase and may be subject to certain airline restrictions and penalties. Adjustments will be made if there is any increase on taxes.

PASSPORTS:
All clients are reminded that a valid passport is necessary in all cases.
The cost of obtaining these documents will be the responsibility of the traveler.
The organizer assumes no responsibility whatsoever, should a client, for any reason be refused entry into any particular country, and the subsequent costs entailed will have to be met by the traveler in accordance with obligations that the organizer has in virtue of the contracts held with third parties.Passport must be valid within 6 months at time of departure.A photocopy of your passport is required for all tours.

IF THE TOUR OPERATOR CANCELS:
Should RNL Tours, LLC. cancel a departure for any reason, your money will be fully refunded.

CHANGES IN ITINERARIES:
RNL Tours, LLC. will make every effort to operate all tours as disclosed in this document.
However, circumstances may arise which would require an adjustment to the tour. We will however do all that is possible to avoid such changes, but we must reserve the right to make such modifications if they are determined to be necessary

RESPONSIBILITY:
This travel agency and/or its agents, sub-agents, sub-offices and affiliates act only as agents for the owners and contractors providing means of transportation or other services and all tickets and/or vouchers are issued subject to any terms and conditions under which such means of transportation or other services where offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such tickets and/or vouchers shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions that this travel agency, its agents, sub-agents, sub-offices and affiliates shall not become liable or responsible in any way in connections with such means of transportation or other services, or for any loss, injury or damages arising from the default of a tour operator/carrier, lost/damaged baggage, trip cancellation, bad weather, natural disaster or other acts of God.
