ITINERARY

Day 1: Fri. Mar 28 –  HONOLULU: Depart Honolul
Enjoy your journey through the skies and prepare for the wonderful adventure that awaits you in Japan. 

Day 2: Sat. Mar 29 – VILLA FONTAINE GRAND HANEDA AIRPORT  
Welcome to Japan! Upon arrival at either Haneda International Airport, complete the immigration procedures. After checking in at the hotel, take some time to unwind and prepare for the upcoming day. Put your feet up, relax, and get ready for the SPRING SAKURA TOUR.

Day 3: Sun. Mar 30 – HOTEL METROPOLITAN KAWASAKI or Similar 
Our journey begins at the Tokyo Skytree, one of Japan's iconic landmarks and one of the world's tallest towers. From its magnificent observation deck, we'll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Tokyo's captivating cityscape. Afterward, we'll visit the majestic Imperial Palace and explore its grand grounds and serene gardens. Next, we'll head to Ameyoko (Ameya Yokocho), a bustling market in Ueno, for a delightful shopping experience, where we can find unique souvenirs and immerse ourselves in Tokyo's lively street market ambiance.As the day draws to a close, we'll take this opportunity to relax, recharge, and prepare for the exciting adventures that await us on the morrow.

Day 4: Mon. Apr 31 – KYUKAMURA FUJI or Similar
Leaving the Tokyo side area behind, our group sets its sights on Mount Fuji.Our first destination is the enchanting Oshino Hakkai, where we'll visit the Oshino Eight Ponds, surrounded by a tranquil and picturesque landscape. Next, we'll head to Mt. Fuji World Heritage Center to deepen our knowledge about Mount Fuji and its cultural significance as a UNESCO World Heritage site. This educational experience will offer valuable insights into the history and significance of this iconic mountain. Returning to our hotel, we'll indulge in the soothing hot springs, allowing us to relax and unwind, preparing ourselves for tomorrow's exciting journey.

Day 5: Tue. Apr 1 – NAGOYA MARRIOTT ASSOCIA HOTEL or Similar 
Today, we embark on a journey to Nagoya, where tradition and technology harmonize. Our schedule is designed to offer a variety of experiences. Our first destination is the vibrant Yaizu Fish Market, an embodiment of Japan's maritime culture. Witness the lively interactions as fishermen and vendors display an array of fresh seafood, showcasing the rich marine heritage. Then, we'll head to Hatcho Miso Factory, a place deeply rooted in tradition. The factory tour will unveil the meticulous process of crafting Hatcho miso, providing a glimpse into the dedication required for this integral Japanese seasoning. Next, we'll explore the Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology, a testament to Japan's technological prowess. We'll trace Toyota's evolution from a textile machinery manufacturer to an automotive giant, gaining insights into the nation's innovative spirit. As the day winds down, we'll return to our conveniently located Nagoya hotel. Take this time to relax and rejuvenate, reflecting on the day's experiences and preparing for the exciting adventures that await tomorrow.

Day 6: Wed. Apr 2 – HOTEL NIKKO PRINCESS KYOTO
Our ultimate destination for today is none other than Kyoto, a city that beautifully encapsulates the quintessential spirit of Japan. Kyoto's streets themselves are like living testaments to the nation's rich heritage and unique charm. Kicking off our day, we'll begin with a delightful Strawberry-picking experience, allowing us to forge a connection with the land as we relish in the pure joy of gathering freshly grown strawberries. After this delightful start, we'll venture to Nabana no Sato, a locale renowned for its meticulously maintained gardens and an atmosphere of tranquility that envelops visitors. Our exploration continues as we make our way to the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Byodo-in Temple. Within its grounds stands the famous Phoenix Hall, an iconic symbol recognized even on the 10-yen coin. Finally, as the day winds down, our accommodations await in the bustling Shijo Karasuma district of Kyoto. This prime location ensures that you can fully immerse yourself in the fusion of traditional and contemporary experiences that this vibrant area has to offer. It's the perfect conclusion to a day filled with diverse and enriching encounters.

Day 7: Thu. Apr 3 – HOTEL NIKKO PRINCESS KYOTO
Today, we have the wonderful opportunity to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of Kyoto. Our initial stop is the Kyoto Botanical Gardens, where we hope to witness the breathtaking sight of fully bloomed cherry blossoms. As we explore the diverse collection of flora, the possibility of encountering these delicate pink blossoms, symbolizing nature's fleeting beauty, adds to our excitement. From there, we'll proceed to the iconic Kinkaku-ji, the Golden Pavilion, a stunning Zen Buddhist temple covered in gold leaf. The reflection of the pavilion on the tranquil pond is a sight to behold, evoking a sense of serenity and awe. Our journey then takes us to the Kyoto Handicraft Center, where we'll have the chance to appreciate and even purchase traditional Japanese crafts, showcasing the intricate artistry of the region. As the day winds down, we'll return to our hotel, providing a chance for relaxation. However, for those who are interested, we offer the option to explore the lively Kyoto Nishiki Market, a bustling hub of local food and artisanal goods. It's a perfect way to wrap up our day of exploration and discovery in this enchanting city.

Day 8: Fri. Apr 4 – THE HOTEL LIMANI SETOUCHI
Today, we venture away from the urban landscape, setting our course for Setouchi City. Our first stop will be the iconic Himeji Castle, often referred to as the "White Heron Castle" due to its breathtakingly beautiful appearance. This historical marvel is a must-see, showcasing not only its architectural grandeur but also a glimpse into Japan's rich history. Continuing our journey, we’ll make a stop to see Bizenyaki (Bizen ware). Known as the first of Japan’s “Six Ancient Kilns”, it is traditional pottery made with techniques originating in the Heian period (794–1185), and has a unique earthy color because of the high iron content of the clay it is made Our tranquil haven for the night awaits in the coastal town of Ushimado, often hailed as Japan's answer to the Aegean Sea. Nestled by the serene waters, a resort hotel beckons, offering us a chance to unwind and bask in the coastal splendor. As the day draws to a close, we'll take this opportunity to relax, recharge, and prepare for the exciting adventures that await us on the morrow.

Day 9: Sat. Apr 5  – HILTON HIROSHIMA
Today, our journey leads us to Hiroshima, a destination with a unique historical connection. Since the Meiji era, there has been a significant bond between Hiroshima Prefecture and the state of Hawaii, stemming from the migration of local residents to Hawaii. Recognizing this enduring history of exchange, Hiroshima and Hawaii established a sister-city relationship in 1997. Our first stop takes us to one of Japan's three great gardens, the Okayama Korakuen Garden. Renowned for its artistic beauty and profound aesthetic value, it holds the distinction of being designated as a "Special Place of Scenic Beauty," a significant cultural heritage classification in Japan. Following this, we'll visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and the Atomic Bomb Dome. These somber sites stand as reminders of the devastating events of history while also serving as symbols of hope and the enduring pursuit of peace. Afterwards, we'll return to the hotel, providing you with the opportunity to unwind and relax, reflecting on the day's experiences.

Day 10: Sun. Apr 6  – HILTON HIROSHIMA

Our day commences with an exciting journey to the iconic Kintai Bridge, celebrated as one of Japan's Three Famous Bridges. Renowned for its historical wooden design, the bridge elegantly spans the Nishiki River, inviting us to marvel at its architectural magnificence and bask in the scenic splendor that surrounds it. Following this, we will head to Miyajima, an island where the symbolic Itsukushima Shrine holds a significant presence. Known as Aki's Miyajima, this island rests within the embrace of the Seto Inland Sea, intertwining the realms of spirituality and natural beauty. The enigmatic Itsukushima Shrine, rising enigmatically above the sea, achieved its UNESCO World Heritage Site status in 1996. With origins tracing back to 593 AD, it boasts a storied history spanning over 1400 years, resonating deeply with spiritual meaning. As the day gracefully transitions to its close, we'll return to the hotel, affording you the opportunity to unwind, reflect, and cherish the myriad experiences that have illuminated our journey thus far.

Day 11: Mon. Apr 7  – ANA CROWNE PLAZA HOTEL KOBE or Similar
Today, our schedule ushers us onto another Shinkansen adventure, propelling us back into the vibrant heart of the Kansai region. With the thrill of high-speed rail coursing through us, our group eagerly anticipates our impending arrival in Akashi. Upon our touchdown, we will visit the Uonotana Shopping Street, which is said to have originated around 400 years ago with the construction of Akashi Castle. It is believed to have been designed by Miyamoto Musashi, reflecting the layout of the castle town. This historic market features a 350-meter arcade lined with approximately 110 shops. These shops primarily sell Akashi's specialty seafood, fish cakes, and dried sea products. After our immersive museum journey, our path will lead us to Kobe. Our hotel is nestled amidst the tranquil allure of the Rokko Mountains. As the day draws to a close, we'll take this opportunity to relax, recharge, and prepare for the exciting adventures that await us tomorrow.

Day 12: Tue. Apr 8 – ANA CROWNE PLAZA HOTEL KOBE or Similar
We will commence our day with a visit to the HAKUTSURU Sake Brewery Museum. This immersive experience will provide insights into the traditional Japanese sake-making process. Through antique brewing equipment, historical exhibits, and interactive displays, we will gain a firsthand understanding of the intricate techniques and cultural significance behind sake production. Following our time at the brewery museum, we will head to the Aeon Mall for some shopping and a delightful lunch. The Aeon Mall offers a diverse array of stores, encompassing fashion, electronics, and more. After check-in, for those interested in an optional tour, we will go to the Takenaka Carpentry Tools Museum. This museum offers a glimpse into the world of traditional Japanese woodworking. The exhibits showcase an impressive collection of carpentry tools that have played a pivotal role in shaping Japan's architectural heritage. Through these displays, we will gain an appreciation for the craftsmanship and techniques that have contributed to Japan's iconic structures. Afterwards, we will return to the hotel, where you can organize souvenirs and belongings, and then relax at your own pace.(Lunch and dinner will be at your own expense.)

Day 13: Wed. Apr 9  –  KOBE - HONOLULU

At checkout time the guide will come to tape and tie-up the boxes and take the baggage to the airport.  After check out we will head to Kansai international Airport and board flight # to Honolulu. We will arrive at Honolulu in the same morning. (Lunch and Dinner will be at your own expense.)

SINGLE OCCUPANCY (4 single rooms only) $5,950.00 per person
PLUS AIRFARE $1,800.00 (ESTIMATED AIRFARE)

NOTE:
Children under 7 years old will receive a 50% discount on the travel fare when traveling.
Children under 12 years old will receive a 30% discount on the travel fare when traveling.
In both cases mentioned above, if an extra bed is required, it will be charged at the regular rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
45 days prior to departure – Full refund
44-30 days prior: 50% cancel fee of the tour price, per person charge
29-15 days prior: 75% cancel fee of the tour price, per person charge
14 days prior or less: 100% cancel fee of the tour price, per person, no refund.

GENERAL CONDITIONS TOUR INCLUDES:
Hotel accommodations, transfers, and sightseeing. Adjustments will be made if there is an increase in fuel surcharges and any fluctuation in exchange rates between US Dollars and Japanese Yen.

AIR TRANSPORTATION:
Air service within tours is included except for people buying the land portion only.
Airfare inclusive rates are based on advanced purchase and may be subject to certain airline restrictions and penalties. Adjustments will be made if there is any increase on taxes.

PASSPORTS:
All clients are reminded that a valid passport is necessary in all cases.
The cost of obtaining these documents will be the responsibility of the traveler.
The organizer assumes no responsibility whatsoever, should a client, for any reason be refused entry into any particular country, and the subsequent costs entailed will have to be met by the traveler in accordance with obligations that the organizer has in virtue of the contracts held with third parties.Passport must be valid within 6 months at time of departure.A photocopy of your passport is required for all tours.

IF THE TOUR OPERATOR CANCELS:
Should RNL Tours, LLC. cancel a departure for any reason, your money will be fully refunded.

CHANGES IN ITINERARIES:
RNL Tours, LLC. will make every effort to operate all tours as disclosed in this document.
However, circumstances may arise which would require an adjustment to the tour. We will however do all that is possible to avoid such changes, but we must reserve the right to make such modifications if they are determined to be necessary
